Notice: PipeAgent is a data distribution gateway. We do not own, verify, or endorse the data provided by third-party creators. Use at your own discretion.

Welcome to PipeAgent ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our API marketplace and data distribution services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

01Our Service

PipeAgent provides a technical infrastructure (API Gateway) that connects AI Agent developers ("Consumers") with data creators ("Providers"). We facilitate the discovery, access, and automated billing of structured data feeds.

We are a Platform, not a Content Creator

All data feeds, schemas, and content are provided by third-party Providers.

Compliance Responsibility: We provide technical tools. The Providers are solely responsible for ensuring the data they upload does not infringe on intellectual property or contain personal privacy information (PII).

02Data Usage & Compliance (The "Safe Harbor")

No PII PolicyUsers are strictly prohibited from uploading, requesting, or distributing any Personally Identifiable Information (PII), including but not limited to names, emails, addresses, or financial data.

Third-Party DataIf any data feed is found to infringe upon third-party copyrights, please submit a DMCA notice to support@pipeagent.dev. We will investigate and remove infringing content within 24 hours.

03Financials & Billing

  • ●Pay-as-you-go: No upfront costs. You only pay for the API requests you actually make (Compute Units).
  • ●Minimum Monthly Fee: To maintain service infrastructure, a $1.00 minimum monthly service fee applies if your total API usage for the month is less than $1.00. This fee is applied only to accounts that have consumed paid API feeds during the billing period. Usage of free data feeds is completely free and does not trigger any service fees or minimum spend requirements.
  • ●Safety Valve (Threshold Billing): To ensure uninterrupted service, your payment method will be charged automatically when your pending balance reaches $5.00 or at the end of each billing cycle, whichever comes first.
  • ●No Wallet/Storage: PipeAgent does not operate as a bank or financial institution. We do not hold your funds. All payments are processed through Stripe, and we do not store your credit card information on our servers.
  • ●Pricing Transparency Policy: Providers are allowed to adjust API pricing. However, any price increase requires a minimum of 24-hour advance notice displayed on the Feed details page. Your historical API calls are always billed at the price point effective at the time of the request.

04Limitation of Liability

DISCLAIMER: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

Data Accuracy: Data feeds are provided "as-is." While we maintain high uptime, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy of third-party data.

Service Availability: PipeAgent is not liable for data feed interruptions caused by third-party source outages or API provider downtime. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any data feed at any time, with or without notice.

05Termination

You may cancel your API access at any time via the Dashboard.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any API Key that violates our AUP (Acceptable Use Policy), including spamming, malicious scraping, or illegal activities.
